I have really been focusing on nutrition and how to properly fuel my body for the workouts that I put it through and this is such an awesome pre-workout snack! Here’s a recipe that I tweaked to make my own. I like to eat one 45-60 minutes before my workout. You could even eat this 30 minutes before if you’re in a rush! Peanut Butter and Chocolate. 1 cup oats (dry) (Old-Fashioned). Mix it all up!
