We were VERY creative! Check out our creations. We created ground hogs in a hole and then went outside to see if OUR groundhogs would see their shadows. Here are some photos of our fun. Of course after we did this we got a HUGE snow storm. So much for 50 degree weather in February in Iowa. Welcome winter!

We made a bubble map about Thanksgiving, and talked about why we celebrate it. Did you know that in 1621 the Pilgrims and Indians had a three day feast to celebrate the harvest. And in 1863, President Lincoln made it so that the last Thursday of November we be a day of thanksgiving. I am thankful for food.
