Spool is a website which has sewing related things. This is going to be my new project. I'm going to hunt for some cute fabrics this week for my birdies. I'm going use only one branch and i'll hang it by a window. I can't wait! Thursday, July 17, 2008. To see all of my cute new lines click HERE. Tuesday, July 15, 2008.

http://nataliespatterns.blogspot.com/2008/10/reason-2.html
Thursday, October 2, 2008. Here it is: I have a thing for really awesome fonts. I especially love hand drawn fonts. I recently purchased Hand Job: A Catalog of Type. Its a book all about hand drawn type and it is awesome. . I have been looking at it constantly because its so inspirational. When i was little I had one of those learn to draw books. However it was secretly a book for pre- designers. The reason why? In the back there was a section of fonts on graph paper! Great thing to share. No portion of ...

Natalie's Patterns: June 2007
http://nataliespatterns.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 23, 2007. After the four weeks were up I printed out all of my patterns and organized them into a few sets. I then worked with a the sets fixing the patterns, choosing color pallets and tried new things. I ended up choosing 3 sets. This set didn't make the cut, but I still like it. I have been super busy with my BFA project lately and I have not had time to post anything in a while. Here are some that I did after my four weeks of 25 patterns per week. Natalie's Patterns: Aldo Packaging
http://nataliespatterns.blogspot.com/2009/08/aldo-packaging.html
Sunday, August 9, 2009. I thought this was an innovative way to make a shoe box a bag. Instead of slowly killing the world with another plastic bag they converted their boxes to bag by adding a small piece of cloth rope for a bag. I think its awesome! Plus, you can't beat the simple design. I need to update this blog more often. Its been almost a year since my last post! January 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Check Out my BFA work (if you want). AJ and Hilary Frisby.

Natalie's Patterns: Reason 1
http://nataliespatterns.blogspot.com/2008/09/reason-1.html
Saturday, September 20, 2008. So you are probably wondering, "what does reason one mean and what is Natalie doing? I have thinking lately(by lately I mean the last few years) about why I'm a Graphic Designer and why I love design so much. I sometimes randomly remember a memory of me doing/saying/liking something that had to do with design before I was a designer. Even when I was really young I enjoyed aspects of design. This "reason post" will be the first of many. Stay tuned! And yes, to this day I still.
