Friday, December 16, 2016. After reading Looking for Alaska. By John Green and collaborating with my group , the experience was a good, but challenging experience because not everybody did what they were supposed to,some more than others, and I know that have a group of students suggesting ideas helped. Is a banned book. Taking notes helped because I understood the character's feeling. I also collaborated with my group collectively talking about what is age appropriate and why it is a great book.

When I went to MOMA , I was interested in the artwork called Flag created by Jasper John. his painting is of the American flag with 48 stars and not 50 because Alaska and Hawaii were not states. the paintings consist of scraps of newspapers that are about the U.S , melted wax, and three different colors. the wax is dried where you can see the drops. Monday, January 2, 2017. Smells of death lingering. From a hurricane known as Matthew. Became a huge issue. How the government isn’t delivering. It was the strongest storm of the decade. And now the Hatians need aid. Strong floods during a storm. Environmental changes made mountains deform. Being the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere is a downgrade. Had to pay for their full independence. A country that turned into a menace. Interfered and thought as heartfelt. Haiti is in need.
