Well, the problem is still not solved so the doc advised me to take rehabilitation sports classes. Unfortunately, my private health insurance does not (want to) cover the costs. PUBLIC health insurance does. Go figure! Does not matter, though, because these classes are also included in my gym membership.

Sunday, September 30, 2012. If I thought the week leading up to Baltimore was crazy, this last week took the GOLD. Sunday, I left Baltimore and all my FitBloggin family long before most of them were even awake. I had an early flight to Denver. Sunday and Monday I spent splashing in pools, drove to the sights, ate at some local favorites and hiked and hiked and hiked. Actually, it was walked and walked and walked. The trails were all paved. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. I SHOULD BE HAPPY.And I Really Am. So here is what I posted to my FB like page today:. I'm sitting at my Dr.'s office. I'm a little happy. I haven't really said anything about what I have been doing because I was afraid it would be one more thing that wouldn't work for me. HOWEVER, between regular (not even every day) 30 minute a day home workouts (thank you Beachbody), daily dose of whole food nutrition (thank you Shakeology and Beachbody), the right medical diagnosis and medicat.

300 pounds of Metal! Saturday, 28 March 2015. Nightwish Days in Kitee. I made friends really easily, and we sang together all the time. The camaraderie is really something I'll never ever forget, there were so many people just happy to be there, and to let their guards drop and have some fun! A few of us enjoying some time off! First was a church concert, and then we went to go have "coffee" with some really cool people. Let's see if you recognise any of the people. ;). The last bow on the final concert!
