After worrying if I would lose anything at all after last week, coming off a 6 day week I have lost a further 3lbs! Taking me down to a fighting best 17 stone on the head! I can’t wait for the next lb lost, to be under 17! Who would have though I have lost another stone and a bit since I was up in Scotland, that wasn’t even long ago! I am truly amazed by myself. So Here I Go! So here it is, the first of my “new and improved” blogs, with more information and more days between blogs. First and foremost this weekend was nothing short of a miracle! I had super vegetable pasta on Saturday night to compliment the toast for breakfast and fruit for lunch, and a turkey spaghetti bolognese on Sunday and Monday! Day 5 Online Weigh-In. Not even I saw this one coming. Just incredible, I know I have had an amazing week, but 5lbs! I was literally speechless. Well, this is a happy Monday. (And before the cries, or cry of anguish of “It’s a Monday, it’s always rubbish start to trickle in) I still don’t really appreciate Mondays, but this is a good one for me for one main reason. This weekend, I had a treat, but didn’t pig out! Fianlly, a weekend followed by a Monday without guilt, a bloated stomach, or feeling generally rubbish. If I feel like this every Monday, well I might just be tempted to do it more often on the weekend! And something I am very proud of.

I had one heck of a poor weekend. I ate like a pig, and it is something that I really need to get under control. My solution is simple, I will track the next few weekends like I would a week day. Then in 2 or 3 weekends time hopefully my painfully crave-giving in body will get the picture! Ah well, we learn and we move on.
