Wednesday, August 12, 2015. I like to workout. And i never thought i would utter the sentence above in my life, ever. Truth be told, working out is really challenging and it is a mental battle for me to get out of my garage door and into my home gym and push myself past my mental limits. Working out hasn't come easy to me - i started my weight loss journey. Taking small steps with a trainer who pushed me and showed me that my body was capable of more than i thought. And it just starts with one step.
