http://a-patel0710-dc.blogspot.com/2010/05/penguin-covers-david-pearson.html
Sunday, 9 May 2010. PENGUIN COVERS- David Pearson. Here are some pattern based designs by David Pearson, they create more interest due to the use of perspective and break in the patterns, this also creates more interesting compositions when around the fold areas of the book covers, this is also a nice way of suggesting a 3d style surface on a 2d format. Sunday, 9 May 2010. Anton Stankowski (June 18, 1906 - December 11, 1998) was a German graphic designer, photographer and painter. He developed an original Theory of Design and pioneered Constructive Graphic Art. Typical Stankowski designs attempt to illustrate processes or behaviours rather than objects. Such experiments resulted in the use of fractal-like structures long before their popularisation by Benoît Mandelbrot in 1975. Http:/ www.flickr.com/photos/insect54. Labels: 0.F.M.P.
