http://mireille-rambles.blogspot.com/2011/03/ouch.html

But there's a problem. Mr Right Knee is hurting. I'm fine, of course. Heck, I got fixed and I'm new and improved. I can handle the workouts. But buddy over here is sore all over! Must be all that over-compensation coming back to haunt us. If it's not one, it's the other. *sigh*. April 3, 2011 at 8:48 PM. Grats on the kid!

Moving from one spot to another all at once. [My apologies for the poor video quality]. I'm still trying to get to PT 2-3 times per week and I feel like I'm probably at 70% strength, if that. In a normal day-to-day however, I am feeling good. And, according to a woman who was waiting in our PT room (perhaps for her son t...He ha...

Once the fun was over, it was time to get my game face on for surgery. Done to my bones! Luckily...

Knee'd to Know Basis: My Personal Experience of ACL Tear and Reconstruction. TWICE. Injury, Surgery, Rehab and more! Every Surgery is Different [2 wks post-op]. I kept such close tabs on my recovery from the last surgery that it's hard not to go back to the blog and see if I'm "keeping up" with myself from last time.
