Cheesecake is one of those desserts that most people really enjoy but don't make themselves. It is also really nice to have a solid recipe in your repertoire. This cheesecake has been a hit every time I have made it. It rivals any cheesecake that I have had in a restaurant. Some things that have helped me along the way. New York Style Cheesecake. 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt.

I know, but when you have a counter full of tomatoes, you must use them. Especially before they become a breeding ground for fruit flies. Trust me. I got this recipe from a friend, who got it from Jen Lancaster. This stores very well in the refrigerator or freezer. Roasted Tomato Sauce/ Soup. 1 onion, chopped or sliced. Preheat oven to 300º.
