For as long as I can remember, my family and I have been loyal visitors to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. 1 pound of croissants cut into 1″ pieces (about 8 large croissants). 1/3 cup dark raisins. 3/4 cups granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. 4 ounces melted butter (1 stick). 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup Poha jam (*Pineapple jam may be substituted for Poha jam). 1 Mix the eggs with half of the sugar. 5 Add the pieces of croissant.
