Kicking as$, and getting my as$ kicked. A Sweetless New Year. Happy New Year to all! Done level 4. I promised not to snail my way through it, but I’m certainly not doing it every single day as planned. Naturally, I will blame the holidays. :) But regardless, I’m excited to be moving on to level 5 soon. And more than that, my boyfriend and I have taken on a resolution of sorts… no more sweets! With frozen yogurt on top… and candy later –eek! So anyway, he and I agreed to no sweets for a month. It̵...

Kicking as$, and getting my as$ kicked. Continuity level 7 has started and my triceps are KILLING me. But I love it. I am not even sure where to begin with this level… there are still no arms with weights, but the standing arms are crazzzzy fast! Some really cool, new moves – and the sequence isn’t repeated, which I like, but I almost wanted to play it in slow motion to be sure I was getting all of the moves. Standing abs are back! Kicking as$, and getting my as$ kicked. Continuity – Level 6. I’ve only just gotten into level 6, but I think I love it. I haven’t done 6 consecutive TAM workouts in months, but this level has absolutely gotten me inspired to get back into those good habits. The standing arms are FINALLY new! I did enjoy all of the ab work on the mat –seemed like lower abs were really being targeted. The leg moves. well, they have me confused. It is okay to say they seemed too easy? January 31, 2012.

Kicking as$, and getting my as$ kicked. Level 5 – Continuity. I have been meaning to do a post on level 5 of continuity but life keeps getting in the way. Better late than never, right? But it felt amazing. Leg work is really minimal – there is one plank move and one move where you’re on all fours swinging a leg back as you reach your opposite hand to touch it, but that’s about it. Monday, September 8, 2014. Posting so it's saved somewhere. Topping: mix together 1/2 c sugar, 1/3 c brown sugar and 1 t cinnamon (I use more because I love cinnamon). Sift together: 2 c flour, 1 t baking soda, 1/2 t salt. Cream: 1/2 c (1 stick) butter , 1/2 c shortening, 1 c sugar, 2 slightly beate n eggs,.
