Wednesday, May 23, 2007. I was finally able to purchase my airline tickets today. I made the booking last week but it took them until today to process the ticketing confirmation. I used Vayama.com. Hugh and John have been working hard prepping the boat. This is a picture of it supported by slings connected to a travel lift to move it out of dry dock and back into the water! For a sense of the scale, that's Hugh in the picture! Sunday, May 20, 2007. The Sell-Off is Complete! Here it is on craigslist.

I sure hope the pictures below explain some of what I've been up to. Time sails by when you're having fun! Thursday, April 24, 2008. A few days out from St. Helena Island and we're rewarded with this strangely beautiful sunset. St Helena Island as seen from the south east. We sailed from Walvis Bay, Namibia on the 7th of April and arrived to the Island on the 16th. It was a very pleasant nine day sail with following winds and beautiful weather. We spent a couple days touring the interior of the island. It's very lush and green with rolling hills; sometimes reminding me of the Willamette Valley in Oregon.
