Kids at (fair) play - mbumby
http://mbumby.livejournal.com/106272.html
Kids at (fair) play. Kids at (fair) play. Day in the life. The other day I saw something that really surprised me. There were two kids, one tickling the other mercilessly. At some point, the one said "stop! And the other did. Ok, that surprised me a little - but that's not what really got me. After she'd gotten her breath back a little bit, the ticklee said "go! 13th-Aug-2013 07:09 pm (UTC). It amazes me that there are people who find being tickled pleasant. It makes me want to start punching. My father ...

Be True - This Is My Life
http://jfargo.livejournal.com/701075.html
Be true to yourself. Her voice still echoes in my head when I least expect it to as though some deep crag of my brain released its hold on the memory at just the right, or wrong, moment. She told me to be true to myself. She also told me to grow up to be the person she wanted me to become. She also told me that you cant save the world so I should stop trying. Or is the true me the man inside that breaks out every now and then, watching what he eats and getting in shape? Is the true me the man I am when I...

WTF? - You clicked, you deal.
http://alem.livejournal.com/547467.html
You clicked, you deal. June 5th, 2008. My last entry won't convert the coding to hyperlinks and it looks ugly and is pissing me off. I've double checked the *a href=" * /a* with the FAQ and redone the entry both at home and at work and it won't clean up. WTF am I doing wrong? If anyone knows, I'd gratefully accept instruction. June 5th, 2008 01:23 pm (UTC). Probablems like that are almost always when you're in RICH TEXT and trying to type the code in yourself. June 5th, 2008 02:27 pm (UTC).

February meta-blogging - Jackdaws love my big sphinx of quartz. Feb 5th, 2013 12:17 am. Several people have suggested I move off LiveJournal because it has a negative prestige aura surrounding it and a lot of people are unwilling to read or link to LiveJournals. It might bring someone into disrepute or something, or even offend patients and destroy the therapeutic relationship. So things I need to know:. 1 What blogging platforms are good? And this is my current top contender for future blog name. If...

Six Tips To Not To Cut Your Face Up, Or: A N00b’s Advice On Straight Razor Shaving - The Watchtower of Destruction: The Ferrett's Journal

Six Tips To Not To Cut Your Face Up, Or: A N00b’s Advice On Straight Razor Shaving - The Watchtower of Destruction: The Ferretts Journal. April 3rd, 2013. Six Tips To Not To Cut Your Face Up, Or: A N00b’s Advice On Straight Razor Shaving. It’s been three weeks since I last drew blood with Floyd the straight razor, and as such I feel compelled to speak upon what I have learned. The straight razor is good tool for shaving, but it’s also got some finicky bits I figured I’d go over. The razor is a simple too...

How To Patrol Your Own Borders - The Watchtower of Destruction: The Ferretts Journal. January 25th, 2011. How To Patrol Your Own Borders. My partners find it hard to trust me - not, ironically, because I’m untrustworthy, but because in my relationships I ask for one thing that apparently almost nobody’s good at. That request is this:. Ask me for what you want. I’ll tell you when you’re asking for too much. Tell you when I’ve had enough? I’m good about patrolling my own borders - if I feel a friend is tak...

Life Note - cellophane
http://renniekins.livejournal.com/769527.html
Life Note - cellophane. The story of an invisible girl. 10:53 pm August 14th, 2014. Two days ago I accepted the job of Engineering Manager at my current company. It came with a nice raise, which is good, and a ton of responsibility (most of which I'm not even sure what it is yet), which is scary, but an opportunity to do good at a company I like. Will I be glad I took this job? August 15th, 2014 01:51 pm (UTC). August 15th, 2014 04:45 pm (UTC). Congratulations and good luck. Comment by Hellenic Rhyme.
