A Journey of Seven. Saturday, August 15, 2015. It's official. We've been married 15 years. We got to celebrate by going to Phoenix area when it was 115 degrees! I am certainly glad for air conditioning. And certainly glad for my parents who not only watched our kids for 4 days, but let us borrow their new car! Since it was so blazing hot, I opted not to take pictures of us watching movies. Or walking around World Market and Trader Joe's, and many other places with nice air conditioning. Well, rare. :).

A Journey of Seven. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. We've been celebrating the twins' birthday for the last few days. They wanted a dress-up/costume party. I love my helpful Anne! Anne transformed into a fairy godmother when the relatives arrived. Super-Uncle Caleb was excited.for something? The arrivals of all the relatives was quite exciting since they all showed up at the same time! Christian cooked up some mean fry bread for Navajo tacos! It apparently required a tool belt. Real princesses play in the dirt.

They like our yard, and our measly fence certainly doesn't deter them! Neither does our measly dog, for that matter. She just lies on the deck and watches them. After contemplating and dreaming and talking about how we could set up the boys beds, one weekend I realized that we already had everything we would need lying around for a preliminary setup! And after mentioning that fact to Ransom, well, there was no going back. This was in place by the end of the day! So that's something. :-). Recently Ransom has gotten into photography, so I'm actually occasionally in photos now! I enjoy the perspective he takes pictures from.
