JD Allinder EMU Grad Project. Just another WordPress.com site. My name is John Allinder, and I’m a writer and educator living in SE Michigan. I worked in K-8 education for ten years the last six of which I spent as a homeroom teacher at an alternative, experiential-based school in Ann Arbor. I’m currently editing training recommendations reports for the US Navy and tutoring kids in English/ESL and writing. I’m also a graduate student in the Written Communication. MA program at Eastern Michigan University.
