Forever Locked - The Journey. Friday, April 23, 2010. On March 5, I had walked into a beautiful house to start my journey into Sisterlocks. I researched it and thought about and saved until I made the decided to just leap into it. Why Sisterlocks? Let me tell you. The above picture is our enagement picture from 2003. And the picture to the right is me celebrating my 35 birthday with mirco braids that I hated giving up because they were just so beautiful and how I wished my hair could really be.
