Making each day our Masterpiece. Saturday, January 28, 2012. Thanks to my new love of Pinterest I decided to try to make homemade donuts. I found this really easy recipe. You need canned biscuits (anything BUT the flakey layer kind). Melted butter in a shallow bowl(4 tbls per 8 biscuits give or take). Sugar and Cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Mixed together in your favorite proportions. Veggie oil to fill your pan up to about 1/2in or so. Heat up oil for a few minutes on medium heat. Sunday, January 15, 2012.

Monday, February 16, 2015. Because Sweating with Friends is more Fun. It was great to share the run with her yesterday, and the sense of accomplishment on her face as we rode the transit bus back to Canmore. It made me realize how much I enjoy seeing people knock down the goals they've set for themselves. It finally occurred to me last week, in a conversation with someone I've never met, as he told me about his coach and how that coach had changed his life, that perhaps it was time to pay it forward again.
