20 years from now. Thursday, November 18, 2010. So, Peace Corps has decided to gives us a final blow by having all of the people from my group leave over the course of a month. A month of very emotional good byes. Since I am staying until the end I get to slowly say good bye to the people who have become family to me, then say goodbye to the people I will be leaving here. So, that sucks. Lucy and Danielle's last days in Azerbaijan. Also, the bar serves cigarette pie. Playing Catch-Up: Halloween Edition.

20 years from now. Wednesday, March 10, 2010. I realize that it has been a long time since I have chronicled my daily activities here in Quba, if I ever even have. So here you go, I threw in some pictures too. Then put them back into my backpack and head up the 146 stairs, which, today are covered in ice. My Idea of What's Going On. Sunday, August 22, 2010. Fulbright researchers and teachers have been a vital part of my time in Azerbaijan. I've now met members of 3 groups in country and have had to say goodbyes to 2. Last year I got a taste of saying goodbye to my Fulbrights, Kim and Irina, but this year's goodbye was a little different. This past year's group, I met. The rest of the non-organized goodbyes was productive in the making of the Legendary Lada video. Goodbyes are easy when you know they're not.

I can't honestly say I've seen much outside of my own apartment for the past week as I've been caught in the grips of some horrific illness. That's kept me bedridden and miserable. But, such is life.
