Little snip-its from our family life. Sunday, December 26, 2010. I'm Dreaming of a. You guessed it - A White Christmas! It hasn't happened in 128 years. The last white Christmas in Atlanta was in 1882! It was extra special for lots of reasons. 1 We were there to experience it. 2 It was Claire's first. 3 It was also Duke's first snow. And. 4 As obvious as it is - It was a White Christmas. That is something that people dream of ( at least that's what the song says. Just one more on top will make it PERFECT!

Little snip-its from our family life. Sunday, May 22, 2011. March 18 - Going Home and Saying Goodbye. Friday, May 20, 2011. March 14 - Here Comes Baby! So it's Monday, March 14th, approximately 6:30 in the am, we have made it through registration and are settled into the birthing suite. The nurses came in and started all of the wonderful paperwork that has to be completed and they readied me for my IV and such. Inductions, in my opinion, are great! Here are some photos of Emma shortly after delivery.

Little snip-its from our family life. Friday, May 7, 2010. Last night, we discovered a new weekly family outing - Thursdays @ Beef's! Beef O'Brady's is a local family sports bar. On Thursday nights, they have live music on the patio and we really enjoyed it last night. The girls love a lot of different types of music and the band played lots cover songs from a variety of genres. Chris (from the band) and Audrey (their newest fan! Thursday, May 6, 2010. Little snip-its from our family life. Saturday, January 22, 2011. It's is not that I am actually in the wedding party, but one must still look good as the sister of the groom. I mean, there will be photos taken! So at 29 weeks, I went for my regular doctor's visit and everything looked good. I passed my second glucose tolerance test (the yucky 3-hour one) and was very happy about that. At the end of the appointment my doctor said "We'll see you in 2 weeks". This caught me off guard.
