Last week I published a post regarding my summer training plans for the Winthrop Road Marathon (' all good things are wild and free. And how plans didn't go as.well. planned. The lesson learned was that overall, I was happy and just enjoying the act of running. Of my 5 simple goals, I achieved #5 (to PR) with great delight and surprise!
