Sunday, 2 September 2012. STANZIA CASTELLANI / olive oil. The Castellani farm is located on the southern tip of Cres island in Croatia. They use only sustainable, organic farming methods. At harvest, they hand-pick their olives and press them at the local mill to assure the highest quality and best taste. The label is printed with black and silver. And I have to say, I was very happy to draw again by hand, I didnt do this for a long time. Wednesday, 20 June 2012. I am starting to wear mine today :).
