Daily Nuggets: Soon
http://richandbrittani2.blogspot.com/2015/08/soon.html
Saturday, August 1, 2015. Soon I will post my birth story. But it is much quicker to post a picture or two in order to keep the masses from rioting 😂. So far Shelby has had pretty good nights. I am up every 2 hours or so? But she is always falling right back to sleep so that is nice. 2 nights have been rough, but the rest have been okay. She still sleeps with me on the couch and I am okay with that for now. August 6, 2015 at 7:11 AM. Shelby looks skeptical. What a sweetheart! Of course they are.

Black Crow Designs: Saving Vase
http://theblackcrowandmore.blogspot.com/2011/11/saving-vase.html
Re-purposing and re-creating fashion and decor. Tuesday, November 1, 2011. As I was roaming through Savers looking for Halloween costume stuff, I decided to try something way cheap, and different. Vases. My other big complaint about this project was having to hand-paint a tree onto these vases. It really sounded overwhelming to me. Just as I was about it give in, I found a large wall sticker of a tree at Hobby Lobby in the bargain bin. Yes! Hope you all had a great Halloween and on to Thanksgiving! Im ve...

The Pickett's: June 2015
http://jasonanddevyn.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Poor Mitchell has not had nearly as many posts as Hazel had by this age. Second child syndrome I guess. Well my little Maui man is quite the character: we call him Maui, mau-man, stinkio and really any other crazy name Hazel comes up with! He is wearing size 3 and moving on up to size 4 diapers- wearing 12 month clothes, has a favorite blanket and it is adorable when he wants his blankey. He sees it and giggles and then proceeds to bury his face in it! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Beauty of Being Human.

Beauty of Being Human. Interviews with a Green. Thursday, July 2, 2015. We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned to have the life that is waiting for us." -Jason Campbell. This quote perfectly sums up the past four days in the Green family. The best place to start is the beginning, but if you are not interested in the birth story, scroll down to the first picture of baby and start reading there. You won't be sorry you did! We have a little swimmer foot! Writtin with love by. We will pray ...

Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Top 10 Traits of a Great Boss. A while ago I posted Top 10 Traits of a Bad Boss. This is the second installment, covering the 10 Traits of a Great Boss. This list is complied from all the things that make a great boss based on my nearly 20 years of working in Corporate America. 1) Being clear about expectations. Let people know what you expect of them and when. Leave nothing open to interpretation or to the imagination. 6) Listening to your employees. I am sometimes quick...

Soddie's Place: How We Met Anna and Elsa at Disneyland
http://soddiesplace.blogspot.com/2014/05/how-we-met-anna-and-elsa-at-disneyland.html
Friday, May 2, 2014. How We Met Anna and Elsa at Disneyland. We went to Disneyland last week. There were two top attractions that we considered investing time in to see. One of them was the Anna and Elsa meet and greet in Disneyland. The other was the Radiator Springs ride in California Adventure. We didn't have the option of doing both because of timing. This is what worked for us:. Steve took a cab from the hotel to the park at 7am. He was one of the first in line at the park entrance. Around 8:45am, m...
