White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies. 2 cup salted butter. 1 2/3 cups brown sugar, packed. 1 cup granulated sugar. 3 large eggs, room temperature. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. 4 1/4 cups all purpose white flour. 2 teaspoons baking soda. 2 cups white chocolate chips or chunks (high quality chocolate is highly recommended). 1 1/4 cups macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped. 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2) Line baking sheet with aluminum or parchment paper.

Monday, June 14, 2010. I've been super busy the past two weeks with little time to blog! My CNRE was a tough one but i'm crossing my fingers all went well, LONGEST test of my life! Ok besides the boring regulars. I can't believe I'm a. But better then that. RN BN sounds pretty stellar I have credentials! It was so good to see everyone again and I'm almost sad school is over, after a lot of blood, sweat and tears I can finally say it's was all worth it! Love all of the. I love this boy! Sunday, May 9, 2010. So on this cold, wet, rainy night. I decided I would start a blog! It took me way too long to figure the dang thing out too. Those of you who read this will know i've been MIA for a while life is super busy right now! Where to start. lots has happened this past month and a bit it's crazy! Just when I think. Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Only the second greatest day of the year… next too Christmas that is. I’ll really miss A.T.A.K.M this Canada Day! The day was full of the usual Raymond festivity’s followed sket shooting and fireworks! 7 reason’s why I love Canada day…. 1) Sending everyone a packing list the night before and packing the Mazda with half my wardrobe because anything is possible July 1st. 2) Canada Day T-shirts! From Super Store. Classic I swear half of Raymond was wearing the same shirt as us.

Sunday, June 24, 2012. At the end of May, Benson, Brylee and I met my Mom and Dad, and my sister and her two little girls in New York City. It was so much fun! I had never been there before and I loved it! I'm pretty sure everybody looked at us like we were crazy taking four little kids in our double strollers all over downtown NYC, I swear we seriously hardly saw any other kids there! We stayed just down the street from FAO Schwarz and so we went to this store a few times, Benson and Addy loved it!

Thursday, February 24, 2011. Benson and I were able to go to Hawaii with my family for the first 2 weeks of February, and we had a blast! One of the favourite morning rituals, going to the hot tub with Grandpa. Right outside of my parent's condo, there are some gorgeous lagoon's that were perfect for Benson and Addy to play at! Wednesday, October 17, 2012. I was able to go on a date with my little bud to Disney on Ice! I was so excited when I saw that Disney on Ice was coming to Richmond, and then we found an awesome deal on tickets so we had to go! Benson and I were so excited about this, and we both loved it! My awesome date for the night :). Dinner first at McDonald's. And then on to the show! Benson loved the show the entire time, it was so much fun for me to watch him! Monday, October 15, 2012. Wednesday, December 28, 2011. Brylee is finally here! She was born 9 days early on December 9th, and we love her so much! I already feel like she is growing way too fast! I can't believe that she is already almost 3 weeks old. On our way home from the hospital. I was a little worried about how Benson would do with a new addition into our family, but he is doing great! He is such a cute brother and is constantly wanting to give her kisses, and always makes sure that Brylee has her binky. Josh and Jen Payne.

Wednesday, August 29, 2012. Last weekend, to celebrate Kurt being done his boards (yay! We went to Baltimore! I had never been there before, and didn't really even know what to expect, but we loved it! We stayed in a hotel right near the harbor, and it was so much fun! We will definitely go back! Brylee was ready to go! Walking around the harbor, there were so many big ships, and Benson loved them all. Eating dinner at P.F. Chang's. Brylee loved this game! This kid loves hotels! I thought it was so cute!

Monday, October 15, 2012. Over Labor day Weekend I was able to go on a girls trip to NYC and to say that it was a blast would be an understatement! Kurt is the best husband in the world for watching our kids ( plus Beck and Quinn) so that I could go on this trip! Natalie - Jessica - Me - Nichole - Kayli - Emily - Ashlee - Danielle. Look at these sweet boys picking flowers running through the field! Monday, May 7, 2012. We were able to meet up with Kellie, Steve, Cooper and Ryder in Myrtle beach! This was a trip that was long overdue, but it was definitely worth the wait. We had a blast with this family and I think Benson has a new found favorite little buddy!
