Australind- A tale of two countries. The best of 365. August 9, 2015. Since I have been waaaaay too lazy uploading photos for my 365, I will do a “best of” over the next week or so…. I slipped and dropped my Pentax camera whilst out getting photos of a storm so had to switch to my Samsung s5 for the photos. I have since purchased a Canon but have continued using the S5, mainly for convenience (and I don’t want to leave my Canon in the car whilst at work lol). I’ve been lazy…. August 10, 2015 at 9:04 pm.

We saw the sculpture of Nike, the greek goddess or spirit of Victory and the alleged inspiration for the Nike tick we now wear and see everywhere. A documentation of my journey. What I’ve been up to! January 21, 2015. I’ve been here for almost 3 weeks now (Wow! So I suppose I should give an update! So, in case you didn’t know, this is where Perth is in Australia. It’s the capital of Western Australia (WA), which is the largest state in Australia (about the whole western half of the continent). It’s also about the only city of that side of the country. It’s also about a 10 minutes walk the other way from the Swan River! It felt surprisingly soothing.
