It started off with inspiration from Pinterest. Wednesday, July 11, 2012. We were so excited to meet the newest addition to our clan, our buddy baby Jameson Caley. I bring you an orange dry erase marker, the symbol of eternal friendship. Fun with Grandpa Rekers. Relaxation with Grandpa Lisk. And enjoyed pizza in the park. Again and Oliver a...

A Year on the Farm

About "A Year On The Farm". Mixed in with the neighbour's herd. January 15, 2009. This is definitely not. The sort of thing you want to see on a hot summer's day; our cows wandering through a gap in the hedge to mingle in with the neighbour's herd! A Year On The Farm. The story of our farm, season by season. March 20, 2013 by Julia. Spring has sprung, and farm life is busy. It has been busy for a while, really, with calving season now almost finished. It has been a good season, with only three losses so far and well over a hundred calves born. One mama who had twins last year– and nursed both– did it again! We are quite proud of that mama! Cocoa, the mama donkey. Sniff, sniff… got any hay in there? Rosemary and lemon balm. Sunset over the shed.
