Our second Lake Tenkiller trip this year was last weekend. Another fun weekend with our family.eating, hanging out, swimming, playing and just relaxing and staying up too late. The lake trips have always been fun, but there are SO much more fun with Miller there. 1 Sharing (kind of) a root beer float with Gampa. 2 Driving the boat. :) (it was on the trailer). 3 Gamma and Gampa. 4 Helping Gampa make ice cream. 5 Great Granny and Papa Honeycutt. 6 Finger painting for the first time. 4 "Jumping" to Gamma.

Since we will have a newborn very soon, it was time for Miller to move from his crib to a big boy bed. And with a big boy bed should come a whole new big boy room, right? View from the door:. We had a great Father's Day together in Louisiana. We definitely missed seeing our families though! I attempted getting a picture of Miller and his daddy before church. This is the best I could get. Miller was ready to leave wearing my sunglasses:. After church we had lunch and presents! Miller helped his daddy a little bit, but I think he was more excited about the one balloon we put on the gift. We had dinner at Red Lobster,. And fruit pizza at home for dessert. What's better on a hot summer evening than eating a cold slice of watermelon. Jumping on the bed. Miller thinks our bed is a trampoline. When he is on it, he jumps, falls, flips and loves it. We have to tell him to sit down many times, but a lot of times we just go with it! It makes him so happy as you can see. This particular morning was one where he woke up at 4:00am (just learning to sleep in his big boy bed) so we watched a movie on our bed and he fell asleep, which never does! Tan line. Ha! Of cours...

Eli, Miller and I went downtown Labor Day morning to try to get some 18 month pictures of Miller. I wasn't quite sure I was going to get any good shots because he wasn't wanting to stay put for long {imagine that}. But.I ended up getting some of my most favorite pictures of him ever. I thought I would share some pics from the past month or so. I loved Push-Up pop's when I was little so when I saw them at the grocery store, I knew Miller would love them too. This was his first one and he was pretty excited. As you can see. We helped him push it up and he devoured it.with that intense face he always has when he's eating. Time of his life.
