We all enjoyed this soup. 8 to 10 slices bacon, diced, about 8 ounces. 1/2 cup diced celery. 1 cup diced onion. 1 bunch green onions, about 8 green onions, thinly sliced. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour. 4 cups chicken broth. 4 large baking potatoes, baked, peeled, and diced. 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (we like pepper). 8 ounces sour cream.
