These little sub-chapters...

Little Green Bookworm: Salt Sugar Fat by Michael Moss
http://littlegreenbookworm.blogspot.com/2013/05/salt-sugar-fat-by-michael-moss.html
Monday, May 6, 2013. Salt Sugar Fat by Michael Moss. How do I even begin? This book is huge. Not physically huge, just a huge deal for your life. You need to read it. I could end with that, but you’ll probably want me to explain why. Fine. After everything I’ve learned, reading this book still kind of made me want an Oreo Cookie. Well, more like a Newman’s O. http://bandit84632.blogspot.com/2008/12/about-me.html
Hello and welcome to my blog. This started as a travel blog, but has since become the place to record my quest to rid myself of all food-associated trash. I call it my No Trash Diet. For one year I will be eating only foods that come without packaging of any kind. In this blog you will find recipes, eco-friendly ideas, conundrums, and perhaps even a few self-discoveries. Hello, Welcome to the show. The Adventures of a Vermont Hooligan.

Monday, October 29, 2012. Judging a Book by It's Lover By Lauren Leto. The holiday season is fast approaching, so my next few reviews will feature some books that make great gifts. I'm going to be honest here and admit that the stuff I usually read doesn't always make the greatest gift. Only people as insane as myself will appreciate the doom and gloom of Bill McKibben during the holiday season. Target Audience: Book lovers and wannabe book lovers. Disclaimer: I do not lie at work about what I have read&...

Little Green Bookworm: Gustav Gloom and the People Taker By Adam-Troy Castro
http://littlegreenbookworm.blogspot.com/2013/04/gustav-gloom-and-people-taker-by-adam.html
Monday, April 15, 2013. Gustav Gloom and the People Taker By Adam-Troy Castro. This book is a wonderful and frightful adventure like nothing I’ve ever read before. I first noticed it while organizing middle reader series books at work. There it was, all alone in the series section, with its promising grey cover of Gustav and his shadow. I hadn’t heard anything about it at all, but I knew immediately that I wanted to love it. Fernie and her family and drop them into The Pit that leads to the Shadow World.

Little Green Bookworm: Farewell My Subaru by Doug Fine
http://littlegreenbookworm.blogspot.com/2011/06/i-stumbled-upon-this-book-in-one-of.html
Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Farewell My Subaru by Doug Fine. I stumbled upon this book in one of Brattleboro's FIVE bookstores. It was on sale so I picked it up, thinking it looked like fun. Turns out you can judge a book by its cover, because fun it is. Doug Fine is a humorous writer and a great story teller. At 200 pages it's a quick and enjoyable read but still full of insight.
