All my bags are packed and I'm ready to go.". A girl's gotta have options! And a dog's gotta have red, polka-dotted sunglasses.don't tell Wrigley she's not going. Well, I don't know if we are actually "ready to go," but the hospital bags ARE packed! I think I've been in denial, pretending it is still months away. The first 36 weeks have flown by, I can only imagine the last 4 will be over before I know it. Both scary and exciting! I wasn't sure what to pack, but got my list of things from this blog.

Last weekend was my baby shower in Allen! I was overwhelmed with the love and support of wonderful family and friends that came together to celebrate our baby girl. It was a packed house. Thursday, August 9, 2012. FBC Amarillo hosted a PJ's and Breakfast time on a cold, sleepy Saturday morning in December. It was such fun to hang out, play games, eat, and fellowship together! Weird Family, Weird Life. Friday, December 20, 2013. Everybody, meet Scout. Last Saturday I convinced Aaron to take me to Waco's Mega Pet Adoption event. We walked into the Extraco Event Center and it did NOT smell like it did a month before when we went for the annual library book sale. We went to the shelter the next Monday, were approved for adoption, and were told to visit her everyday until Friday, when we could pick her up. Now she's ours and we are never giving her back ever. And it's not winter.
