Thursday, January 1, 2009. Christmas is wonderful- - I LOVE Christmas! Our Christmas this year however was just- crazy! Zing cold one day and in the 60's/70's the next! One day it dropped 45 degrees in 2 1/2 hours. Crazy! On Dec. 22, my mom fell off a vanity stool while reaching down to pick up a blouse and broke her hip! Dave is finally able to ditch the crutches and just walk in a walking cast so things are improving a bit for him too! Our new years resolution is NO MORE BROKEN BONES- - -FOR ANYONE!

Monday, March 23, 2009. This year we had "two" spring breaks! Kylee,Rick and the kids came first during Connor's break followed by Deren, Monica and the boys the following week during Breyden's. After living in a cute little apartment for awhile she moved to a retirement community called Tallgrass. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. We just spent another fun weekend at Great Wolf Lodge in Dallas! We missed Derek but were glad Danen and Michele were able to fly in for the weekend. It's perfect for our family right now- - - something for everyone! The indoor waterpark is a HUGE hit for everyone and probably the best thing about spending the day in an awesome waterpark is that the kids come out tired and CLEAN! Friday, July 24, 2009. Last weekend all the Kriwiel women came to B'Ville for our annual "weekend" together! It is just so much fun! Ed Kriwiel was Dave's high school football coach. He was one of the most wonderful men to ever walk the earth as far as we're concerned. He and his wife Mary had 9 kids, 5 of whom were in our wedding- - 7 girls and 2 boys! Mary is sort of like a best friend/mother/sister/role model for me. I love her to pieces! She loved getting to know everyone better! Dave and Karen Boyd.
