http://becahj.blogspot.com/2010/06/day-1-arrive-in-st-louis.html
Monday, June 14, 2010. Day 1 - arrive in St. Louis. States touched: GA, TN, KY, IL, MO. Drive time: 9 hours. After getting a late start this morning/afternoon, I finally got on my way and made it to St. Louis. Had an interesting detour through Marion and West Frankfort Illinois due to an accident on I-57. Along the way through this small town, I followed a truck that must have been carrying bees. At each stop light (of which there were many) a SWARM! Tomorrow I head to beautiful Omaha!

Bec's Summer Travels: Day 5 - being blown around Wyoming
http://becahj.blogspot.com/2010/06/day-5-being-blown-around-wyoming.html
Friday, June 18, 2010. Day 5 - being blown around Wyoming. It was a very stressful drive yesterday from Custer, SD to Cody, WY. The wind is still howling here in Cody. The forecast calls for calming though. The night before I arrived, there was a very bad storm and you can see limbs and leaves down all over the place in town. On my next road trip I need to rig up a system of cameras on the car and a button on my steering wheel so that I can take pix of all the amazing scenary and just odd random stuff I ...

http://becahj.blogspot.com/2010/06/day-2-will-missouri-never-end.html
Monday, June 14, 2010. Day 2 - Will the Missouri never end? States traveled: MO, MO, MO, IA, NE, and MO. Number of times across the Missouri River: 4. Drive time: 6.5 hours. If you ever need a place to stay in St. Louis, I highly recommend the Hampton. Nice place, good breakfast, free wi-fi, across the street from the Arch park. Ok, so that's not the real name, but you know what I mean. I slept in a little this morning, packed up my stuff and went for a walk down to the Gateway Arch to take a few pics.

Bec's Summer Travels: The day before...
http://becahj.blogspot.com/2010/06/day-before.html
Saturday, June 12, 2010. So I leave tomorrow and have ALL of my laundry still to do so that I can begin packing, so what am I doing. updating my blog. I think this should be quite the adventure and probably more like seeing another country than I realize. I've never been out west except for short trips to Denver and Vegas. It's all the bits in between that should give me reason for pause. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Cardiff - click pic for blog.
