First off, this past weekend was Jake's last basketball tournament; 4 games on Saturday: 10:00, 1:00, 6:00 and 8:00. Talk about "all day"! Anyway, he's been working for the past 2 weeks, along with 4-5 other guys, with former KU Jayhawks player Alonzo Jamison. At halftime the score was tied 21-21 and Jake had 19 points! Thank you, Alonzo! In and out of Africa.

Living Life In the Ozarks. Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Update For Ones Faraway. Then, Tuesday at 4 am, he burst into the bedroom and reports that he just about passed out and needed to go to the ER. No one was home (in laws were gone) so he "rode it out" for a couple more hours. Luke in the mean time, was running about 102 temp, so we decided that both of them would go in and get looked at. So Shawn is taken to Batesville. Just wanted to let everyone know about Shawn's adventure. I pray for a fast recovery.
