News and views from beautiful downtown Beiseker, Alberta. Monday, July 6, 2015. Where to Go, When You Have to Go! If you've been following the Village of Beiseker's Facebook page. You might have seen that Beiseker is taking heat for one business refusing to allow visitors to use their washroom facilities. News and views from beautiful downtown Beiseker, Alberta. Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Buying Back our own Oil? Here's one for the "believe it or not" column. The province of Alberta is a very large producer of crude oil, both traditional crude and synthetic crude from the oil sands. News and views from beautiful downtown Beiseker, Alberta. Friday, July 24, 2015. Springbank and Rocky Mountain House Airshows! Airports cost money. The larger the airport; the more money it costs. But airports also provide services not otherwise available in the area, and they attract businesses with money! In fact it has been shown in studies that airports, overall, are a huge economic boost for the city or town operating them. In comes the air show! Springbank's show, called Wings Over Springbank.

News and views from beautiful downtown Beiseker, Alberta. Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Small Turnout at Town Hall Meeting. Our annual spring Town Hall Meeting was held at the Community Centre, last Monday evening. The turnout was quite small, but the concerns raised by those present were much appreciated.
