Monday, March 8, 2010. Swim Training has Begun. So training has begun for masters. Day 1. 150 x 2 with 45 second rest in between. 100 x 2 with 30 seconds rest. 50 x 2 with 15 second rest. Total 1.46 miles in an hour 15 min. Don't feel to bad, coach said I looked great with form and everything. hope to be at nationals a year from now. says there is a huge competition in Dec which I hope to aim for! There is nothing like refreshing mint in the summer heat, so it inspired me to make these cupcakes. 15 cups of Self Rising Flour. 4 tbsp cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 cup superfine sugar. 1 cup ( 2 sticks ) sweet butter, softened. 1 tsp peppermint extract. 5 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1/3 cup ( 2/3 stick ) sweet butter softened. 2 cups confectioner's sugar sifted. 1 tsp mint extract. 1 drop green food coloring. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 tbsp of milk.

Todays run was to stop and shop . They double coupons that are under $.99. Thursday, February 23, 2012. We arrived at the hotel which is the Clontarf Castle, and it is exquisite! We had plans to have dinner with a local cousin that lives here in Ireland. We showered and met up with him at 7:30. We headed to a seafood restuarant called Hemmingways. It did not disappoint and it was so great seeing the roots of the Dohertys here in Ireland. Sunday, August 8, 2010. Catching up on life. So it has been awhile since I have posted here but so much has changed! I am now a proud engaged female! This weekend one of my bridesmaids got married after a long year and a half engagement. I could not be happier for the beautiful couple. They are very happy and seems so meant for each other. They had beautiful blue skies, green grass, breezy weather and most importantly, true love and admiration for each other. Happy Summer my friends! Catching up on life.
