Coaching for SJR and their beginning triathlete program, I always get a kick out of it. Those victories you take with you for life- good stuff. Saturday, March 29, 2008. I'm told I might hurl. Beer chugging is involved, but I'm a bit fuzzy on where/how that fits in with the sprinting. I think the chugging immediately precedes the sprinting. Guess who totally sucks at goldsprints and probably got the slowest time in the history of the event, without ever having chugged any beer? But my teammates Lauren. Were awesome (Carol almost came from behind for a win). Won the whole thing! In a Team Oakland kit! Time to join TO, Beth! And I'm all, "I know!
