My sweet niece is coming into town to spend the weekend with me! I hope for fabulous weather like last weekend so we can go run and play in the park! Meg over on House Notes. Is having a Anthropology craft party over on her blog today! This is such a perfect idea for all of us to create something cool and get together to blog about it! I don't know if it is a competition or just a show and tell but none the less it's a perfect idea Meg! Then I cut my mesh wire to fit on the back of my frame. Once you're ...

The sun is shinning and I'm ready to be outside playing! Chalk It Up To Love. I really love this fun little idea. I've seen it a lot in children's rooms but never on a range hood (adorable) or a pantry entrance. I know Benjamin Moore and RustOleum make this cute chalk board paint. You can find it places like Home Depot, Lowes, and Target. Such great ideas for all ages! I can't wait to maybe get to use this somewhere in my future home one day! This one is certainly one to put in the idea vault!

As if there weren't enough hours in the day, along comes Pinterest. It's a love affair gone right on so many levels. I've been pinning all day, everyday and into the night. This is a virtual retreat where clouds are made of pudding and you're skipping and singing everywhere you go. Hmmm, I love it. Somehow I'm going to find out how to put a "Pin It" button on here so that if you come across this blog AND you're on Pinterest. Go join.you're welcome! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Carolina In My Mind", James Taylor. This project will forever be etched into my memory. It was on Lake Keowee in South Carolina. The entire experience was amazing: from the client meetings, to site visits, and all the way through the three week install. The architect was Stephen Fuller and the builders were Gabriel Builders. In SCthey are amazing to work with and their projects are simply incredible! The kitchen was amazing! We worked with Design Galleria. I know, pick your jaw up. This was an amazing.

Temporary Home", Carrie Underwood. My husband and I . . . that's right I said HUSBAND. Have recently been on the hunt for our first home. We should probably take a timeout and back up for a bit to catch up. My sweet husband, Bryce, and I recently married and had the most amazing ceremony ever if I do say so myself . . . but let's be serious, don't all brides say that? Total budget blowers, who knew? Are you sure you really want a fixer upper? Don't want just a quick fix? Temporary home or a forever home?

Tile and decorative accessories-easy way to splash a bit of color. Love it! Some of my favorite kitchens are this light shade of blue. This color is so calming to me and paired with a white farm sink, stainless deck mount bridge faucet, and beautiful flowers like the pink ones in this picture, it seams like peaceful perfection to me. Adding tile of any size, shape, color, or form will help spruce up your bath. This blue splash of tile is like a piece of art work! I love the first picture. The cabinet...
