So we haven't taken the boat out for quite a while, because we've been focused on a family health issue all summer. I've been checking up on her occasionally, but not much else. I ran the bilge pump, and while a bit of water came out, it showed clear. I ran the blowers for a bit, and then fired up the starboard engine. Clearly she does not like being ignored.

The harbor was a mess of SUPers, dinghy sailors (there was some big event, and all the dinghy sailboats were out) as well as the usual traffic. Slow going getting out.

Our boat needed a serious cleaning, so I contacted Josh from Down Under Dive (he scrapes her hull), because his website said he does detailing as well. Turns out his wife has the detailing business, and he helps her. They quoted me 14-18 hours, and it took them 20, but the boat looks awesome! She looks brand new, practically, especially the windows and canvas. Awesome job!
