Thursday, September 23, 2010. Iterating through large combinations. I had reason to need to iterate over large datasets in a random manner. Basically given datasets A. A1,a2,a3,.,ai}, B. B1,b2,b3,.,bj}, C. C1,c2,c3,.,ck} I wanted something that could produce some random sequence composed of selections from A. In addition I wanted to only choose 1 element from A. 10-20 elements from B. And any number of elements from C. A1, {b3,b6,b17,b19,b21,b22,b30,b32,b45,b99}, {c1,c77,c100}. Private String[] keys;.
