If you haven't started, start today and commit to writing in your journal every day for 30 days. If you'v already started, great job! Now go through the last 2 weeks of journal entries. Notice any habits that are forming. Do you indulge in late night snacks? Do you eat more on the weekends? Are you eating food that isn't prepared fresh? Are you not spreading your calories throughout the day?
