Sunday, April 27, 2014. We jumped at the chance to join the Daniels family for a beach vacation in March. While vacationing with small children is not relaxing, it was a lot of fun. Both kids did fairly well flying and staying flexible with their "schedules.". We all stayed in a house in Captiva, Florida. Friday, January 10, 2014. Christmas flew by this year. Lots of family time packed into one week! We traveled to Des Moines for extended family get together both weekends surrounding Christmas, and had lots of fun on Christmas Eve and Day in Cedar Falls. Christmas Eve we woke up to do our little family Christmas at our house. Last year, I remember thinking what a nice, quiet morning it was to spend with Clara. That's one of the small things that changes with two kids! Christmas with two: baby eats wrappers.

We wore our Thirty-One shirts and bags and waited almost two hours to walk in a thirty minute parade. It was fun! Tuesday, January 8, 2013. Henry also likes spicier foods, I think! He loves the spaghetti I make with Italian sausage, whereas Claire sometimes thinks it's a bit too spicy.
