Emily was so excited to be included in this.she would take her shoes and socks off to show her "paint nails" to anyone who would look! Auntie Jill gave the girls some dress clothes that last time we visited, and Emily couldn't wait to try them on! Emmy and Megs in their matching outfits (we're just missing Alexa! Brendan had a late start because of the snow and cold, and Megan's morning Preschool was canceled, so they played Legos all morning. They made a whole city together and begged for me to leave it up (which I did until Legos started mysteriously migrating to the living room [ *cough*. Our Door o' Love for 2014. Especially 10 times in a row! An indoors picnic lunch! Shhhhh.the baby is sleeping! The girls and I went on a nature walk around the yard one morning. We didn't find a lot (as it was still early March), but we had a lot of fun poking around. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, anyone? I guess boys never get tired of their bb guns!

Tuesday, June 15, 2010. We let Alex decorate part of the tree last Christmas with the cloth ornaments and he made sure that his area was completely covered - not a one could be left unused. Alex showed us just how good he was with his matching. If he found any ornaments that were similar they had to be lumped on the same branch. Thursday, August 6, 2009. Another fun summer memory:. Marni's daycare is right beside a movie theater. Daddy really likes this, as some days when picking up Marni from daycare we will walk over and get some pop-corn. The hyphenation is because Marni calls it corn, and not popcorn. She absolutely loves the stuff. Now, almost every day when I pick her up from daycare and we get outside, she points to the theater and says, "Corn? All it took was one trip over to the theater for her to remember.
