Breaking Depression : Breaking records. Narrow minds and stigma! November 30, 2016. My initial thoughts were to name and shame this person but that won’t help, it’s just made me more determined to break the stigma of mental illness and it is important to talk and educate society. Suicide is not a selfish act as written above and being a man it’s not easy to ring somebody up and ask for help. The biggest killer of men under the age of 45 is suicide. 2nd biggest killer of young men from 9-25 is suicide.
