As my brother bought a Porsche Cayenne he was invited by Porsche to their driving centre at Silverstone to enjoy what they call their ' Range Experience Day. Mill Street, where he spent his early childhood, was just a small group of houses next to The Victoria Mill. This mill was a water powered working flour mill where the young George’s uncle, also George and also living in the street, was the miller. George got his schooling long before the days of free state education.
