We had weeks of this until yesterday, after driving her older siblings bonkers, I scooped her up and said, "Would you like to ride on my back in the mei-tei? She yelled, "Yes! Oh, that child. The journey is the reward. Almost done with the first week of Hoop 30 Challenge and I’m feeling SO refreshed. There has been so much tied up in this for me. I’m coming into a new awareness of who I am as a mother. Learning how to FLOW with three children is not an easy task. Just as finding my flow after not hooping for awhile has been a process. Proverbs 30: 33 says this, “If you churn milk you get butter; if you pound on your nose, you get blood– and if you stay angry, you get in trouble. I love that this proverb makes it sound so simple and yet so obvious. However, it’s clearly wisdom that many ignore. It’s not about how to make butter, but this quote certainly reminds me of how simple truth is. I encourage my daughter to talk to her Granny....
