I made myself a fabric fauxdori ( Madori Travelers Notebook. For the notebooks I followed this tutorial. Wednesday, December 8, 2010. I've finally made it! I've had this pattern for years and the fabric too. I've admired other people's versions of this dress and now I can say I love it too! It was a very easy pattern to follow, it's lovely to wear and I think I'll definitely be making another one! Next I really want to tackle some dresses from the Japanese Sewing Books. There's a few I've been admiring of other clever chicks so now I'd like to try it too. I just need some tracing paper and I'm off.

Ally is our blue eyed girl who is right in the middle of her older brother and younger sister. She is sweet, busy, and a very daring little lady. She knows how to test her limits to the extreme both physically and mentally. She is blossoming into a little lady who loves to sing. Shes loves music and muscials. She will also bust a move at the drop of a hat. She is absolutely attached to her monkey "Dangles." and also princesses. She is a sweet little lady and we couldn't be happier with her.

I love the spirit that a newborn baby brings to a home. She arrived home Christmas Eve, making it the best Christmas ever for our family! Two weeks later, we packed up and moved to Illinois.
