I grow romaine lettuce, red lettuce and kale. Also, it doesn’t require a lot of maintenance besides watering! Mise en place for dinner – this is the kind of stuff I LOVE making the most (bright, bold fresh summer food)! Super Easy Dijon Vinaigrette. The key here is to not use any substitutes for the mustard it has to be Dijon! Garlic, 2 cloves crushed.
