Monday, January 4, 2010. From This To That. 30 Minute Meals Meatloaf-Tacos. 1/2 cup bread crumbs. 1/2 cup chopped onion. Mix these ingredients together well and form into a mound (bread like). Microwave for 30 minutes, drain excess oil. Optional *You can top this off with a little spaghetti sauce to add color and zest. Steam a bag of veggies and That's Good Stuff! Slightly reheat and crumble leftover meatloaf. Use corn or flour tortilla, add salsa, lettuce, cheese and sour cream and That's Good Stuff!

Wednesday, January 6, 2010. 2 packages of cream cheese (room temperature). 1 8 oz. container of whip cream. 2 graham cracker pie shells. Mix/blend sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in whip cream, vanilla and sour cream, beat until mixture is smooth. Spoon into pie crusts and top with strawberry, chocolate or your favorite topping.
