Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Oh Baltimore, you are a tease! Last year we were all set for Baltimore, then, we moved to Utah. This summer, Baltimore gave us a second chance. We were ready to go! Our house was under contract twice within two weeks, each falling through within a few days. Now, nothing. No showings, no offers, nothing. We are sitting and waiting again. Wednesday, September 11, 2013. This is not the most flattering picture of me. I had just finished my workout and was taking a moment to sit with my kiddos. They both fell asleep on me in a matter of minutes and I was left quietly thinking about my blessings. I was overwhelmed with the love I felt for these kids. I realized how much I will miss this, and how moments like these will not last forever. My kids are growing up. It's killing me a little bit. Somedays it kills me a lot. Today, it was a lot.

Friday, April 13, 2012. We recently had a flour fight, and Visitors! It has been a fun Month for sure! First off, the flour fight. I've been feeling so lazy as a mom lately. I felt the need to step it up and do "fun" things with the kiddos. One of those "fun" ideas was magic sand. It is flour and baby oil mixed together to make a sand-like substance that can be shaped and molded. They loved it. Then one day I came out into the living room after my shower to find this. It was a mess of great magnitude.

Tuesday, August 28, 2012. My Baby Girl grew up today.BIG TIME! I officially hate school. She was a champ. She was so excited to see her friends from PreSchool and wear her new clothes. Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Fun at Gma and Gpa Pages House. We were able to spend some time in Oregon last month and we had so much fun! This is such a huge blessing for our family. We will be just one hour from my family, one short and inexpensive plane ride from Nicks family, and Nick will get to work for an awesome fire department. Monday, January 10, 2011. Ashlyn's Vacay to San Diego. I spent all summer long doing an online preschool everyday. On the way out of town I went to my graduation for my all hard work! I tested at 1st grade beginning placement. I love my kindergarten teacher, Miss Lindberg. She is very calm and I enjoy going to school (most days). What's an alligator gar? We've seen these before, but they are SO big! Wanted to cool off. So, we ate Shamu ;). Loved this gondola ride over the bay. One of the 'big' girls :).

Friday, January 18, 2013. Another year went by and I don't know where the time has gone. They always tell you it to savor it, and that it goes by so fast, but somehow getting caught up in the day to day of it all, I get lost. Ava's 6. It's unreal to me. She's such a great kid. I love how she is learning and growing. The other day she came home from school and said she made friends with a kid who used to tease her and hit her. She sat by him on the school bus and was so happy about it. I am one proud mama.
