They ate 2 loafs in less than 24 hours (yes, I helped too) and were begging for more. 2 c pumpkin (canned puree). 3 1/2 c. flour. 2 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp. cloves. 2 T lime juice.

Thursday, March 12, 2009. All the kids have different veggies that they like, so to make a casserole there is always some picking out of things.it doesn't bother me really, but I got smart last week. I made all the makings of shepherd's pie but I left them separate so everyone was able to pick their toppings. Worked like a charm. 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef. 1 c chopped onions. 1/4 tsp. ground savory. 10 oz beef broth. 1 tsp worcestershire sauce. What a good idea! Your kids are lucky! This is a favorite.

Sorry that it isn't really a "recipe" but it was so easy that I never wrote it down.I just wing it. Seedless watermelon, cut up. It was good and fast though, so I'm sharing. Toasted Bagel with Tomatoes. One half of a sesame bagel (or whatever kind you like or have). Saturday, July 5, 2008. Does your town put on a festival? When I was a kid, there was the Walnut Festival. It came the same weekend every fall to Walnut Creek. As a kid, I thought I would die if I didn't go. My parents never took me. (And I lived.) They told me it was overpriced, underrated and not worth our time. Ps Mom and dad, you were right.
